Ivory Intermediate - Where Learning is Required!

One Good Thing:

A step back in time for Ivory Intermediate 4th graders! Last week, students traveled yesterday to Historic Washington State Park, where history truly comes to life. This preserved 19th-century town features dozens of original buildings, hands-on demonstrations, and guided tours that show what life was like in Arkansas nearly 200 years ago.

From exploring historic homes and the courthouse to seeing blacksmithing and other trades in action, our students experienced history beyond the textbook.

Field trips like this help bring learning to life by connecting what students learn in the classroom to real-world experiences they’ll remember for years to come!
