I graduated High School in 2005 from Camden Fairview High School. I received my Bachelors Degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2009. I also obtained a Masters Degree from Mississippi College in 2015. I obtained an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership (Prinicpalship Track) from Arkansas State University in 2018. I am currently pursing my Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership (Superintendency Track).
My name is Mr. Fredrick W. Lilly II. I am looking forward to a great first year at Ivory Primary School. I have a passion to inspire and encourage students to be the best they can be in and out of the classroom.
I started teaching/coaching in 2014 at Murrah High School in Jackson, Mississippi. I taught High School history. The subjects were Mississippi Studies/ World Geography. I returned home to Camden in 2015 were I worked at Ivory Primary as the elementary keyboarding teacher/football coach. The following year, I worked at Camden Fairview High School as a High School History teacher. The subjects were World History/ Civics/Economics. In 2017, I started working at Camden Fairview Immediate School as the Dean of Students. In 2018, I became the Assistant Principal at Camden Fairview Immediate School.
I am married to Mrs. Lilly. We were married in July of 2012. She is the business education teacher at CFMS. We have three children together. I have two sons ages 8 and 2. I have one daughter she is 6 years old. Fred III (Trey) is currently in 2nd grade at Ivory Primary. Asia is in 1st grade at Fairview Elementary School.
I enjoy sports, video games, and spending time with my family.
